Dean of Faculty: Dr. Bajas Al-Juneidi

The Faculty of Science was established in 2015, deriving its objectives from the general objectives of the university to keep pace with scientific and technological development and adapt it to serve the Jordanian community , and the Faculty seeks excellence locally and internationally in the field of science by providing diverse and distinguished academic programs that achieve quality and accreditation standards globally and meet the needs of the current and future labor market.

The Faculty seeks to become a prestigious and distinguished position in the field of theoretical and applied sciences.

The Faculty also aspires to improving the quality of education and the quality of graduate students. The Faculty started with the Department of Mathematics. The Faculty  established a master’s degree in mathematics in 2022 it also seeks to open other departments in the Faculty in the near future hopefully.

The vision of the Faculty is entrepreneurship  in basic sciences and their applications to contribute to building a knowledge society, as well as preparing qualified human staff capable of carrying out their duties with high efficiency to cover the needs of the labor market in the field of mathematics and other sciences.

The Faculty also enjoys a distinguished position among other faculties of the university, as it plays an important and essential role in providing students with basic skills in its various fields.
