Electronic databases that the library subscribes to

The vision and mission of the Department of Databases and Periodicals and Information Resources in the library are  to provide access to unique electronic content that suits the different needs of beneficiaries in light of the revolution in the field of information and communication technology and the increasing need to keep pace with this development in order to serve the knowledge areas related to academic departments at the university, as well as to serve and encourage scientific research.

In order to achieve this vision and mission, the library has worked to subscribe to the EBSCO database EBSCO database can also be used from outside the campus for faculty members and students. It can be accessed outside the campus through the link:

  • EBSCO database of academic journals and books

    The library subscribes to a set of databases provided by the international publisher EBSCO, which provides electronic access to more than (192.000) one hundred and ninety-two thousand titles of books and periodicals in English and Arabic.
